About Us
-
Steven Leffler
Steven Leffler oversees Roca Management’s portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings on Long Island. That’s where he and his wife Carolann raised their three daughters—Lisa, Sheri and Karen—and remain active members of the community. In addition to Roca Management, he is the owner and chairman of Soiefer, an industrial real estate business based in Brooklyn. A New Yorker through and through, Leffler was born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens, attended high school in Manhattan (Columbia Grammar). He then graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in finance. Of his many accomplishments, he takes great pride in guiding the second generation of family members who continue to grow the Roca Management business that he, and his great friend and partner Norman Reiffman, founded many decades ago.

Mitchell Reiffman
Mitchell Reiffman joined Roca Management in 1985, seizing the opportunity to take an active role in growing the real estate business his father, Norman Reiffman, had just started with Steve Leffler. Since then, Roca’s business has expanded and so has Reiffman’s responsibilities. Today, he oversees day-to-day operations that include: rentals, the construction of new and existing tenant spaces, the modernization and maintenance of all properties owned and managed by Roca, and financing. Raised on the South Shore of Long Island, today he lives on the North Shore, in Melville, with his wife, Alyse, and their three children—Lexie, Ross and Jayme. Reiffman attended Hofstra University as an undergraduate (class of ’84) and attended Columbia University for graduate school. A member of the LIREG and BOMA, Reiffman is a licensed real estate broker deeply familiar with Nassau and Suffolk neighborhoods—from zoning laws to local boards—and is always on the lookout for interesting new properties and opportunities to add to the Roca portfolio.

Sheri Leffler Warshaw
For Sheri Leffler Warshaw, work doesn’t translate to a series of tasks; rather, it’s about carrying forward a family tradition in the real estate business and working side by side with her father, Steven Leffler and business partner, Mitchell Reiffman as a member of the Roca leadership team. Sheri’s commitment to the preservation and growth of the Roca building portfolio informs her every decision. Her solutions-based approach, and sunny disposition, make her a favorite among tenants and colleagues. Sheri, a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Pennsylvania (class of ’88) is the mother of two, Brette and Sammy. She lives in Westport, where she’s active in her community on The Board of Directors of The Conservative Synagogue of Westport, A Guardian ad Litem for neglected and abused children in the Stamford Court and a board member of Candelighter’s NYC, a charity that supports children and their families facing childhood cancers. Sheri loves working on Long Island, where she graduated from Woodmere Academy, and still considers “home turf.”
